"Member" refers specifically to Users who have created a Guideli Inc. account associated with a email address and have agreed to provide accurate and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate and complete.

Dispute Resolution:

All disputes arising from or relating to these Terms, the Site, or the Services will be resolved through binding Arbitration per the rules of a recognized Arbitration association. The arbitration will take place in the jurisdiction where Guideli Inc is located. Both parties waive the right to a trial by jury.
